What’s the Big News?

         A new remastered version of The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion is here! This is a fresh version
of the classic 2006 game, made to look and play better on today’s consoles and PCs.

       Who Made It and What’s New?


The remaster is developed by Virtuos, the same team that worked on Dark Souls:
Remastered
. They’ve rebuilt the game using Unreal Engine 5, which means:

  • Better graphics and lighting

  • Smoother character movement

  • Everything looks more modern


What’s Improved in Gameplay?

       They’ve made several updates to make the game more fun:

  • Combat feels smoother and more action-packed

  • The leveling system is smarter, mixing old Oblivion and Skyrim styles

  • The menus and maps are cleaner and easier to use

  • You can now sprint, and the third-person view works better too

Story Recap

        The story is set in Cyrodiil, a fantasy world. It starts with the emperor being killed. Demons
come through magical gates called “Oblivion Gates.” Your job is to stop them and save the
world.
