Urvashi Rautela Talks About ‘Urvashi Mandir’ and Her Spiritual Side
Actress Urvashi Rautela recently shared something surprising — there is a temple named after her called Urvashi Mandir, located near the famous Badrinath Temple in Uttarakhand. In an interview, she said, “There is already a temple in my name. If you go to visit Badrinath Temple, you will find Urvashi Mandir right next to it.”
When someone asked her what happens at the temple, she said, “It’s a temple, of course people do pooja (prayers) there.”
Urvashi also said she would love to have a similar temple in South India, because she has worked in many South Indian films. She mentioned working with big stars like Chiranjeevi, Pawan Kalyan, and Balakrishna, and said it would be special if fans in the South built one too.
Apart from acting, Urvashi is also very spiritual. She recently visited the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya, where she offered prayers before her film release. She also did a private pooja at her new home during the Ram Mandir’s opening ceremony.
Some people online had mixed reactions to her statement about the temple, but Urvashi stays focused on her beliefs. She has also visited other spiritual places like Hanuman Chatti and Kamakhya Temple, showing her strong connection to faith.
