Liam Payne left behind £24m fortune-

 Liam Payne
Liam Payne, former One Direction star, sadly passed away in October 2024 at the age of 31 after
falling from a hotel balcony in Buenos Aires, Argentina. At the time of his death, his total wealth
was about £28.6 million, but after paying off debts and expenses, around £24.3 million was
left behind.

 He Didn’t Leave a Will

Liam didn’t write a will before he died. So, by UK law, his estate had to be handled by someone close to him. His ex-partner Cheryl Tweedy, who is also the mother of their son Bear, was put in charge of managing his money and assets. A lawyer named Richard Bray was also appointed to help.

His Son Bear Will Inherit Everything

Liam’s 8-year-old son Bear is expected to inherit the entire £24 million fortune. But since Bear is
still a child, the money will be kept in a trust and Cheryl will manage it until Bear is old enough.
Liam once said in an interview,

“My life is his now, my money is his.”

What About Liam’s Girlfriend?

At the time of his death, Liam was dating Kate Cassidy. But because they weren’t married or in a
civil partnership, she won’t automatically get anything from his estate. Unless she makes a
legal claim showing that Liam supported her financially, she won’t receive a share — and so far,
she hasn’t made any claim.

  Liam’s Legacy

Liam was loved all over the world for his music, first with One Direction and later as a solo artist.
His earnings came from songs, live shows, property, and other business deals. After his death, fans
and celebrities paid tribute to him.

His biggest legacy now lives on through his son Bear, who meant everything to him.
