Australia PM Albanese makes stunning comeback with landslide win
Anthony Albanese, the Prime Minister of Australia, has won the 2025 election in a big way. His
party — the Labor Party — got a huge number of seats and will stay in power.

Albanese became the first Labor leader in 30+ years to win two elections in a row.

The opposition leader Peter Dutton lost his own seat to a Labor candidate, Ali France.
