A Craving That Changed Everything
In 2021, a woman named Sara Hammouda was living in Dubai and was pregnant. Like most
moms-to-be, she had a sudden craving — something sweet, creamy, crunchy, and satisfying.
But no matter where she looked, nothing felt just right.
So, she and her husband Yezen started experimenting in their kitchen at home.
They used flavors from the Middle East — like:
-
Knafeh (a crunchy dessert),
-
Tahini (a sesame paste),
-
Pistachio cream,
-
and Milk chocolate.
And the result? A chocolate bar so tasty and unique, they called it:
“Can’t Get Knafeh Of It”
(A fun twist on the word “knafeh” and “can’t get enough of it”)

Starting Their Own Chocolate Brand
After friends and family loved the chocolate, Sara and Yezen launched their own brand:
Fix Dessert Chocolatier.
But they didn’t want it to be just another chocolate. They wanted it to feel special and
premium.
So they:
-
Made only 500 bars a day
-
Released them twice a day (2 PM & 5 PM)
-
Sold only through Deliveroo in Dubai
Because it was hard to get, people started getting curious — and soon it became super popular.

The TikTok Moment That Changed Everything
Then, in December 2023, something big happened.
A TikToker named Maria Viera made a video of herself opening and eating the chocolate.
Her reaction was so real, and the chocolate looked so gooey and delicious — the video went
viral. Within days, it got over 100 million views.
Everyone online started calling it “Dubai’s chocolate.”
Even people who hadn’t tasted it were talking about it. Suddenly, it was the most famous
chocolate on the internet.

Why Everyone Loves It
What makes this chocolate so different?
-
It’s a mix of tradition and trend – classic Arabic flavors in a modern chocolate bar
-
It’s handmade and rich in taste
-
It’s beautiful to look at – perfect for Instagram and TikTok
-
And because it’s hard to get, people feel lucky if they do
It’s more than chocolate — it feels like a luxury treat with a story.

Going Global — But Staying Special
Now, Sara and Yezen are getting love from all over the world.
They plan to start selling in places like Australia soon.
But they’ve made one promise:
Even if the brand grows, they will never mass-produce it.
They want to keep the magic — small batches, handmade bars, and that feeling of getting
something truly special.

A Champion Was Born
What began as a simple pregnancy craving turned into one of the world’s most loved chocolates.
It brought together:
-
Real stories
-
Middle Eastern flavors
-
And modern internet culture
No doubt about it — this chocolate was born to be a champion.
